The price you are quoted is the price you pay, unless you alter the job specifications.
We are reliable, punctual and will turn up at the time agreed. Finishing on time is very important to us and there will be no nasty surprises at the end of the job.
We will park our vehicles sensibly so not to upset your friends and neighbours and definitely won't use bad language while working in your property.
You and your property will be treated with respect and minimal disruption to your own lives.

Unless already agreed, please ensure the empty room you promised is empty for our arrival. Apologies are made in advance at being unable to move heavy furniture, answer the telephone, lift carpets, strip wallpaper or watch your children and pets while you nip round to the shops. Please pay on completion of the contract.
